Interior Designer

Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, an established architecture and interior design firm located in Ohio City is seeking a full-time interior designer with one to five years of experience working on institutional, commercial, or multi-family residential projects. Recent graduates from CIDA accredited interior design programs will also be considered. The successful candidate will support all design phases from programing and schematic design through construction administration. Candidates shall demonstrate good communication skills, a desire to learn, REVIT-proficiency, self-motivation and be team oriented. Applicants should be NCIDQ certified or progressing towards completing their NCIDQ requirements for testing. The successful candidate will have a significant role in a variety of senior living, multi-family and commercial projects and will work in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Project Architect

Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, an established architecture and interior design firm located in Ohio City is seeking a registered architect with at least five (5) years’ experience working as a project architect on institutional, commercial or multi-family residential projects.  Candidates considered must be licensed in Ohio, with specific experience in design, preparation of construction documents, construction administration and project design team management.  Candidates shall demonstrate good communication skills, a desire to learn, CAD-proficiency, self-motivation and be team oriented.   The successful candidate will have a significant role in a variety of senior living, multi-family and commercial projects and will work in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.  The benefits provided are excellent and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s capabilities and experience.
